Cartier Time Art Exhibition brings together the most prestigious timepieces ever designed by the House of Cartier and invites you to discover more than a century of designs, innovation and passion. The first part of the exhibition consists of stunning historical timepieces. Whether gem-set bracelet watches, shaped watches or spectacular timepieces, all are testimonies to constant research into shape and a close dialogue between stylistic continuity and creativity. You will then discover the “Cartier Manufacture”, where the watchmaking workshops are united under one roof. You will learn about the various stages involved in making a watch movement. The last part of the exhibition reveals seventeen pieces of modern Fine Watchmaking. They demonstrate how Cartier’s creativity has successfully reworked traditional movements or invented new complex and ingenious mechanisms.
